Viet Nam is known to have various types of food, we adapt many dishes from around the world and enhance our own. But one thing we never change is that we adore street food! It is delicious and easy to find, you can even seek for some street food right around your place.

But a perk of being locals is that we know where to find the best street foods. We select the best dish from each district, every corner to bring you flavors that will blow your mind! Not to mention that you will get to experience the thrilling sensation during the trip with our motorbikes, we save the best guides just for you!

1. Papaya salad at the park

Papaya salad at Le Van Tam Park is not something to be kidding with. It is famous for its addiction to many locals. The name says it all, it’s made from shredded unripe papaya, adding some dried beef mixed with our secret beef sauce, these ingredients make a wonderful tasty dish! Don’t stop there, you will get to try Vietnamese famous milk coffee, and if you’re not a fan of coffee, we will get you our traditional ice tea!

2. ”Bánh Tráng Nướng”

- Saigonese Pizza!

Bánh Tráng Nướng, which is translated into “grilled rice paper”, is a popular street food among students and teenagers in Viet Nam. Originated from Da Lat, the “thousand flowers” city, this dish has become more and more popular. Let’s get back to being young again and try this “pizza”, I bet you won’t be able to stop after the first bite!

3. BBQ

Do we have to say more about this? Who can resist a chilling night with some juicy grilled marinated beef, goat meat, shrimps and frogs! A night can’t be perfect without trying some Vietnamese BBQ, along with that are some drinks of course, beers or else, you name it!

4. “Chè”

Vietnamese Sweet Beverage (Chè), is any traditional Vietnamese sweet dessert soup or pudding.

Varieties of Chè are made with mung beans, black-eyed peas, kidney beans, tapioca, jelly (clear or grass), fruits and coconut cream.

Trust me, you will love this one. Food goes to your stomach, but dessert goes to your heart!
